Hey Warrior Queens! Welcome to EMwomen (EMpowering Women) where we’re empowering women to change their world through the truth of God’s word. As the founder of EMwomen, I am tickled pink to see this vision come to pass. I love being able to rally with other powerful boss-ladies in the pursuit of making life better for many. I am so excited about our first blog and our daily podcast!
Our goal is to bring you real, raw and relevant Biblical Success Strategies strategies that redefine the “f” words: FAITH, FAMILY, FINANCE, FITNESS AND FREEDOM.
We believe every woman has a powerful story and that story, no matter what it looks like now, can change the world. God has a plan and a purpose to empower you as a voice of hope to nations. Ladies, your story isn’t over yet and your best day’s are still unwritten. Whether you are a stay-at-home-mom, corporate executive, solo-preneur or perhaps you are building your home-based online empire with a toddler on the hip,….EMwomen is for you.
My kids are teenagers now, (Payton 18 and Alexia 16) and we’ve survived through the days of diapers, midnight dialogues and stressful homeschool pressures of calculus and advanced chemistry. We are also a family that loves God and believe that it is still possible to live according to biblical standards while offering ridiculous love and mercy to those around us who think we are a bit “odd” in our joy, peace and relentless charisma for life.
In addition to being “mom” and a passionate wife of 21 years, I’m also a serial entrepreneur, author and executive businesswoman who has scaled companies into the hundreds of millions and shared the stage with some of today’s most notable world leaders. I tell you that little tidbit only to let you know that I totally get the juggling act that women have to perform to try and live up to a Proverbs 31 model. In fact, a lot of women today say that it is an impossible standard to uphold and many believe that the Bible is completely irrelevant for today. But that is why I wrote my last book to prove that with God, a life of peace, power AND profits is a MISSION POSSIBLE.
I so strongly believe that it is imperative that we reach women in the marketplace. No matter what title you’ve been given or what education you may or may not have, I adamantly believe that every woman has a powerful story to tell and every story can change the world. Whether it’s the story of rape, abuse, divorce, devastation, financial failure or perhaps you’ve been blessed with astounding success, favor, open doors or you’ve climbed to the top of the ladder and found yourself in the ivory white tower of success…..every woman’s story is laced with pain, power, and perseverance.
God is not looking for PERFECT vessels, but he is searching for willing vessels who will allow their lives to become conduits or incubators of His hope, help, and healing to this world.
When Mary, mother of Jesus, told her story to the disciples, they wrote those stories into the greatest, best-selling books of all time. Ladies, it’s time for you to arise and let your voice be heard. That is why we are helping women discover their own stories, design a plan for their first book and then teaching them how to share those testimonies with others.
Why NOW? While there are many women using this season of empowerment for good, there are a countless number of women rushing the streets with genitals on their heads, screaming foul, profane messages of anger and hate. They think that’s OK. Women on The View would like us to think that is an example of the voice of the masses. But not only is it NOT our voice…It’s NOT OK. It’s NOT classy and it’s just not right.
Ladies, there is a better way to be heard or find favor and advancement in this world. Together, we are going to dig in for a few minutes each day on our EMwomen Podcast and help each other through the process.
God has a plan and a purpose for your life and now is a perfect time for you to reinvent yourself as a world changer and history maker.
EMwomen has a four-phase process Embrace, Educate, Equip and EMPOWER. We embrace all women, but we also believe in loving them too much to leave them where they are. We want to educate, equip and then empower women by helping them become authors and speakers with a fresh message of hope for their co-workers, family, and community.
That’s why we invite all women to come through one of our seminars or events so that we can help redeem their history, publish their testimony and then send em out as fiercely bold voices of change for their generation.
No matter what your story might be, YOUR SCARS CAN BECOME STARS THAT LIGHT THE WAY FOR OTHERS and we are here to help you bring out your GOD COLORS to this world.

BIBLICAL SUCCESS SCRIPTURE
Matthew 5:14-16 – “You’re here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world. God is not a secret to be kept. We’re going public with this, as public as a city on a hill. If I make you light-bearers, you don’t think I’m going to hide you under a bucket, do you? I’m putting you on a light stand. Now that I’ve put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand—shine!
