EMpowering Women to Change Their World With the Truth of God's Word!
RESCUE • RESTORE • EQUP • MOBILIZE
EMwomen (Empowering Women), is a 501-C3 non-profit organization that seeks to bring freedom to women and girls overcoming abuse, domestic violence, homelessness, depression, and sexual exploitation. These are the women and girls you see every day at the store, at work, in church, at the park, in school or anywhere you go. EMwomen seeks to find, rescue, restore, equip and then mobilize our ladies to become courageous faith-filled leaders in the marketplace.
"Every woman has a story and every story can change the world."
FROM OUR FOUNDER
My name is Staci Wallace, and I am the founder and Executive Director of EMwomen (EMpowering Women). I am the product of everything that EMwomen offers today and my life is a living example of how God can use the right mentors and spiritual advocates to turn one girl's broken life around and create an explosion of positive change in the world.
At EMwomen, we help women and girls step out from behind labels of their past and into God's powerful plan for their future. By offering faith-based workshops, marketplace connect groups, book writing seminars, freedom classes and life-skills mastery events, we are seeing women and girls set free from chains of mental, physical and emotional bondage, while increasing their skills and value in the marketplace.
Romans 8:28 - "All things work together for good to them that love God and are called according to His purpose."
We believe in second chances. We believe in unconditional love. We believe in healing and deliverance. And we are confident in God's ability to use ALL THINGS, even the seemingly WORST THINGS of our life to become a source of hope for others. Whether you are an advocate wanting to be mobilize in changing the lives of others, or if you are still hurting and searching for freedom, EMwomen is a place where transformational shifts take place.
EMwomen reaches women and girls from all walks of life. Some have suffered great pain while others live lives of great privilege. Abuse, domestic violence, gender inequality, spiritual oppression, sex trafficking, mental confusion and depression are no respecter of persons. They are sent to kill, steal and destroy women today. But God encourages us, no matter how devastating our past may be, to emerge out of a victim's mentality and into becoming a force of change in the future.
As a keynote speaker, corporate executive, author and talk show host, I am deeply passionate about using my life, talents and influence to help rescue, redeem, and restore the lives of these women and girls who desperately need hope, help, and healing.
That's why in July of 2017, both my husband and I sensed God urging us to step away from our corporate careers for a set time and say "YES" to the mission and mandate of EMwomen. Our prayer is that you join us by becoming an advocate and partner today.
BECOME A VOLUNTEER ADVOCATE
The voice of women in the marketplace has never been stronger and their economic power has never been greater. Yet, the cries of women and girls being abused, trafficked, abandoned, raped or lost in domestic violence has never been louder. While agendas to liberate women around the world continue to be prioritized, there is a growing force of media madness that has permeated the minds of many women, causing them to result to a victim mentality, backed by protest of anger, hatred and even contempt.
Now is the time for a great awakening to emerge in our hearts so we can bring spiritual healing and freedom to the women and girls of this generation. As business mavericks, entrepreneurs, moms, politicians, church leaders, and influencers, NOW is the time to become advocates of God’s love to the millions of hurting women and girls longing for freedom. We can no longer sit back and sit through another Bible Studies, weekly sermon or motivational message without becoming MOBILIZED as the hands and feet of Jesus to the hurting world around us.
As bold ambassadors of faith, it is time to step out of our comfort zones and rethink the way we have done relationships at work, church, and life. We can't just fold our hands and pray. Instead, we must "GO" into the world and be the nurturers, creators, life-givers, mentors and hope dealers to those crying out for help. This is what it means to be an EMwomen advocate. Will you join us?

Salt & Light
Matthew 5: 13-16 (MSG)
“Let me tell you why you are here. You’re here to be salt-seasoning that brings out the God-flavors of this earth. If you lose your saltiness, how will people taste Godliness? You’ve lost your usefulness and will end up in the garbage. Here’s another way to put it:
You’re here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world.
God is not a secret to be kept. We’re going public with this, as public as a city on a hill. If I make you light-bearers, you don’t think I’m going to hide you under a bucket, do you? I’m putting you on a light stand. Now that I’ve put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand—shine! Keep open house; be generous with your lives. By opening up to others, you’ll prompt people to open up with God, this generous Father in heaven.
