Hi Staci!! Yeah that would be wonderful what a great idea! Yeah when my daughter was 8 we were sitting at the table and she asked me I thought she needed to go on a diet, I almost fell off my chair! At that moment, I knew our girls were facing a TOTALLY different world!!!!! So yes, that would be a WONDERFUL idea, rewarding them and helping them realize there is something more important and valuable about them!

OH my goodness! This is an amazing message. As I sit here at the Miss America Pageant, I leaned over to my good friend, Denise, and said, "We have to change the standards of beautiful in the future."
I envision EMwomen reward beauty of the inner girl/woman, and their example of living lives of balanced success, service, and social grace. "Ordinary women who have lived extraordinary lives of service to others."
What do you think? Would that be a cool scholarship program to start? Where we could offer scholarships to those young women who are living beyond themselves and who are not necessarily the industry's standard of beautiful? What is beautiful anyways?
