INTEGRITY

As I read from " Mission Possible Unleashing Your Full Potential" by Staci Wallace.......Integrity=a firm adherence to moral excellence; honesty; the quality of state of being complete.

Integrity is more than a strict adherence to a moral code. Integrity actually reflects your inner character. This reflection is the greatest test of authenticity. Authenticity means that others get to see the real you on display. It means that you say what you mean and mean what you say. It is being transparent and real both on stage as well as off. Integrity or lack thereof has a tremendous influence on your success. Integrity can enhance your potential just as a lack of integrity can undermine it.

Our nation, our schools, our courthouses, our families need authentic leadership with integrity. America's greatest crisis is not a financial crisis or even one of crime or war. What America faces is a crisis of leadership. There are very few heroes who stand boldy in their integrity and face opposition with unwavering character. Not only is America in need of leaders of integrity, so is the body of Christ. We need true integrity from the church house all the way to the White House. The Bible sets a high standard for all men and women of God. God wants His people to be pure lights that are worth following.

Integrity is more important than talent. Talent can get you to the top, but integrity will keep you their!

I find this to be so "On Purpose for Such A Time As This"...........Doing what is necessary to unleash my full God-given potential. My best is yet to come! "It's Not Over Till I Win"
