Life is so busy. We caught up in our own daily rutines. We forget to stop and look at the world around us. Let us not forget all of those around us that are hurting in various ways. Let us be a willing vessel to offer words of encouragement, love and hope to those we meet. Having concern for others brings less concern to your own needs allowing you to be more content and joyful in your own daily life. Remember everyone you come into contact with, even when you're driving in the car, looks at you and you're face says alot. Are you joyful, lonely, content, worried or angry? A "blank" face can still give an impression of concern. Be aware of that crease at you're mouth. We're would you prefer your aging lines to be? Laugh, frown, scowl?
