One of the fears I encounter with people who are interested in joining my program
is, that they can’t have something. What happens when emotions come up and they can’t have that comfort food? Those starches? That chocolate? or, whatever it is they crave?
Well, the difference between my program
and weight loss diets is, there is no “can’t have”. What it will come down to is “want to have”.
One of the most… Continue

Last Monday night when training with my teacher and the group, I noticed that my teacher was looking like he'd gained some weight.
After class we were talking and he'd mentioned he'd gained back about 8-10 pounds.
He told me he realized it wasn't about the food; he'd not been doing his former habit of binging and throwing up BUT he was overeating. What he did realize, for himself was that it was about having the good. This makes sense because when we reach a certain level… Continue

Social media and Web 2.0 have been here for some time now. Experts predict that this trend will only grow. That means if you don’t start using social media now – today – you’ll be left behind. Continue
In my interactions with women in my networks I hear confusion, a little anxiety and apprehension where it concerns using social media.
It can be a very good resource when you lay a good foundation and understand some of the…

I've found myself in the interesting position of reinventing myself. At my ripe old age, I've been blessed with the ability to invent myself as whoever or whatever (within reason) I choose to be. Hmmmm....
So here's the question...whoever you are, whatever age you are....who would you choose to be? Because here's the deal. We don't need to wait for a miracle. We don't need to wait for a specific calling or a reason. When it's time, and your soul is crying out for something different,… Continue

RULE #3: De-clutter Your Personal Space
Recently, a client came to my office with a great amount of stress. She sat in my office and cried, “My life is in a place of chaos. I’m overweight, my marriage is rocky, and I don’t even have time to clean my own house. I am behind the eight-ball with no plan of escape.”

So Spike Lee has once again opened his mouth and shoved his good sense in. Should we countenance his statements about "coonery and bufoonery as regards Perry's movies?"
Here's the deal, we get the movies that we want. How? Well, when Tyler Perry's first Ma'dear movie came out, if it were not such a hit and if thousands had not voted for it, with their attendance at the theatres, how many more Ma'dear movies do you think Tyler would have produced.
Here's another thing. In… Continue

PT. 2 - DE-CLUTTERING YOUR WORK/OFFICE ENVIRONMENT
Did you know that your desk can play a physiological role in your daily productivity and overall health? A messy desk and disorganized office environment could very well be the cause of deeper issues in life.
According to researchers at NEC-Mitsubishi, a computer-monitor manufacturer, many office workers are suffering from IDS, irritable desk… Continue

De-cluttering your home, office and life have the potential to radically improve your productivity at work, home and in relationships. From kitchen countertops to a messy desk and even a junk filled car – your “space” is a reflection of your life. Show me a person’s car, for example, and I can tell you a lot about their thoughts, actions, and behaviors.
It’s hard to believe, but our environments reflect our inner space and give a glimpse into our souls. When Sanya came to… Continue

There are many interpretations of the word empowerment. I've listed
a simple definition below.
Empowerment: The act of giving power and authority to a person to perform his designated tasks and being enabled to do what is needed to accomplish a
given task, goal and mission.
Empowerment is a choice. You either choose to embrace empowerment
by learned life skill sets and other avenues or choose to sabotage any
level of success by continuing… Continue

Oh my goodness! Things have started going along almost like they are scripted....it's a little scary! There is something in the works that could allow me focus all my time and energy....100% commitment....to my cause, passion and purpose for an extended amount of time. Holy Moly!!
I can't go into details, let's just say that once I decided that it was time to follow God's calling for my life, things started lining up to give me enough free time to get things started. So then I told… Continue

Every Breath You Take
You don’t even have to think about it! Every few seconds, your body automatically takes a breath of air which your heart sends on to every cell.
Your lungs are crucial to your survival. You can’t go much more than four minutes without air. Only your heart would rank higher when you think of the most vital organs of the body. But that’s really kind of a toss-up as your heart has to have the oxygen supplied by the lungs to keep… Continue

So, we've become so obsessed with fame and greedy for money that we engage the entire family in an elaborate hoax that sucks county and state government, the entire country into a staged tragedy. "Balloon" family what in the world were you thinking? To involve the young boy is particularly unforgivable. Methinks you've overreached. But maybe not, we remain a country that rewards boorish behavior.

Not very long ago I was overworked, stressed and suffering a debilitating illness. Of course the harder I worked, the more the stres piled on. The more the stress piled on, the sicker I got. It was an endless cycle of pain and misery and my quality of life was in the toilet!
I began to feel something stirring within me. I termed it as my soul was screaming, but I couldn't be still and quiet for long enough to hear what it was saying. As I tried to listen I began to hear whispers… Continue

Using a system for your marketing
increases your chances of making
significant income on the Internet.
It's almost impossible for you to make
sustainable and lasting income online
Without a system that follows up, tracks,
and explains your business opportunity well.
If you are starting out, how do you
do it? How do you create a system that
will automatically do most of the work

Magazine Ad from Ralph Lauren
Take a good look at this photo from a Ralph Lauren ad. What do you think about the model in this ad? I was shocked and horrified that such a leading fashion designer would think that this ad is appealing to a woman/girl and would make her want to go out and buy this outfit! Is this what our society things is beautiful? This is obviously a photo shop disaster!!! This ad got me to… Continue

cannot do that. The grave is filled with good intentions.
