About Ivana:
Venesa “Ivana” Foster is a dynamic life coach, motivational speaker, trainer (both public and private sector), instructional designer and consultant with over 17 years of solid experience in the industry. Her experience includes in-depth curriculum and competency development in the areas of interpersonal communication, organizational and workforce development/achievement, organizational strategic planning and implementation as well as team performance management and enhancement.
She is credited as one of the two instructional/program designers who provided the solid foundation for the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice, Management Development Program (MDP), implemented in 2004. Designed with a focus on the competencies of executive leadership, precision communication skills as well as team and organizational development, this program has and is currently graduating successful executive leaders for its agency. To date, many of the instructional curriculums originally designed by Ivana are currently in use for this state agency’s program.
Ivana currently holds active facilitator and/or instructor certifications in the following professional training programs: Georgia Peace Officer Standard Training (POST-IT Instructor), Behavioral Based Interviewer, Design a Curriculum (DACUM), Imagine 21-Fast Track to Change, American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor, Thinking for A Change (T4C), New Direction, DiSC© Classic Personality Assessment, and
Directly involved in the building and development of highly productive employees, teams, and executive leaders, Ivana is recognized as a Certified Franklin Covey® Professional Facilitator for the State of Georgia, delivering and facilitating the powerful organizational transformational components within the Franklin Covey Series.
Ivana shares her passion, knowledge, and skills with various audiences and participants within both, the public and private sector. She has created, delivered, and implemented training on topics ranging from curriculum and skill development in the areas of strengthening communication to diversity and culture competency training. Because of her training and consulting style coupled with her motivational and inspirational talents, Ivana has received excellent reviews in all event presentations and collaborations.

Dedicated to her passion involving the enhancing and building of others, she is the owner and visionary of Aspirations Development Consulting, LLC (2001) located in Atlanta and Augusta, Georgia.
Within this passionate arena, Ivana provides synergistic life coaching, motivational speaking and training to teams and individuals who have identified themselves as “success-driven.” It is also here that she shares her life experiences of “Conquering Self” and those self-defeating thoughts and behaviors to embrace ALL of Life's Wonderful Opportunities.

Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Sociology, Master of Education in Adult Education and Instructional/Curriculum Design. Embracing the notion of “sharpen her saw”, she is currently a Doctoral student pursuing her Doctorate of Education in Instructional Leadership.
Ivana is Editor of "The SpeakHers' Notes", a newsletter dedicated to Life Coaches, Motivational Speakers, Facilitators, Presenter, and Trainers.
