When I came to EMwomen 9 months ago, I weighed 330 lbs and felt like my life had no purpose. Since then, I have lost over 115 lbs through the leadership programs and coaching and I haven't even gone to a gym yet. EMwomen has helped me change the way I think and give me the emotional strength to make great choices in life. I encourage you to become an EMbassador, and begin your journey to becoming the leader you were destined to be personally, professionally, and in every area of life. Also, be sure to tap into our National Conference Calls each week and let the amazing coaches keep you motivated and focused on living your best life now.
