How I heard about EMwomen:: From a friend that is signed up for the half marathon in Co.

About Me:: I am a 29 yr old female that loves to run and do just about anything outdoors. I am a wife and a mother of an 18 month little boy here in Co. I ran cross country all through high school and ran my first full marathon back in 2006. I'm getting back into running allot and a friend of my wanted to try a halr marathon so I am training with her and then once we complete this one I can talk her into running a full marathon.

When I came to EMwomen 9 months ago, I weighed 330 lbs and felt like my life had no purpose. Since then, I have lost over 115 lbs through the leadership programs and coaching and I haven't even gone to a gym yet. EMwomen has helped me change the way I think and give me the emotional strength to make great choices in life. I encourage you to become an EMbassador, and begin your journey to becoming the leader you were destined to be personally, professionally, and in every area of life.
