How I heard about EMwomen:: There a CD that a friend of mine brought back from a ladies retreat!

About Me:: I am 42, I am married my ~Soul Mate~ july 27th 02, I have four beautiufl daughters, 28, 26, 17, and 14. two precious grandsons born 5 days apart in Dec of 08 I work for a fitness corporation that is locally run and have been there for almost 9 years. I have a very compassionate heart and love people. I have been through some struggles that only God has helped me through, I pray someday I will be able to help others that may be going through or know someone that is going through some of the samethings I have had to face. God has lead me through and I have found a strength like non other! He is my Rock and my foundation and it will not be shaken for he holds me in the palm of his hand~and will never leave me~I am not alone....

When I came to EMwomen 9 months ago, I weighed 330 lbs and felt like my life had no purpose. Since then, I have lost over 115 lbs through the leadership programs and coaching and I haven't even gone to a gym yet. EMwomen has helped me change the way I think and give me the emotional strength to make great choices in life.
