About Me:
I'm a natural health practitioner and educator of approximately 23 years having healed myself of various health issues including asthma (which almost killed me twice), food and animal allergies, suicidal depression and various other lil issues. My main website was Revvellations yet, I'm currently building a new website, compiling a new book; creating a new work/playbook; beginning a new podcast and I've got two retreats in mind which I think women will adore. I'm certified as a raw food chef and instructor; have written a book ~ Smoothies and Smoozies for Life which is quite a seller on Amazon; and a playbook called "Revvellutionize Your Life in 30 Days ~ a Self-Empowering Playbook" which is sold via my site as well as through Webster's Fine Stationers, here in Altadena, Ca.

My two most popular online radio shows are Celebrating Your Potential and Rawkin' Radio although, I've slacked off a bit on getting guests for them as I've been focused on my membership site Let's Talk Raw!

Currently I'm working with energy techniques to assist women in eliminating excess weight by becoming aware of when, where and why they eat other than for hunger. Eliminating the bad habits, not through willpower yet through a change of their mindset. More info can be found on "BodaciousLiving".

So, what's going on with you?

Yours in Health,

Revvell

It's Not Personal

Posted on February 27, 2010 at 2:03pm 0 Comments

One of the biggest obstacles I see for many people is that they take things personally.

How often I've heard them say that someone did something "to them" yet,

when I look at the facts, basically, they just did something ~ it

wasn't "to" anyone in particular ~ AND, even if it was, it's still not

personal.

This was brought up to me many years ago. At the end of a transformational weekend, my teacher gave each student a small

piece of paper with something… Continue

Mobility, Flexibility, Stamina vs. Aging

Posted on January 24, 2010 at 11:31am 0 Comments

There are so many factors when it comes to aging well.

The basics of course, food, rest and movement.

Today, I'll be talking about movement.

Playing off of my "use to" (I've been corrected that it should be "used to" )~ blog, it's really been made clear to me that there is a LOT to consider if one wants to age gracefully.

Next time you go somewhere where there are a lot of people, watch them. Watch how they move, how they stand, how they sit, how they… Continue

Are You a "Use To" Person?

Posted on January 22, 2010 at 12:59pm 0 Comments

I had just finished prepping for my UStream show and gone out for my walk when I realized I NEEDED to come back here and write this up. If I didn't I'd have said it all in my head and forgotten it by the time I came back.

I'm realizing too that I really need to empty my voice recorders and take one with me every time I go out so I don't have to cut my walk short. I did get in over 3000 steps before coming home… Continue

Irked, Venting and Over It!

Posted on January 3, 2010 at 1:46pm 0 Comments

Things don't really irk me much and once I write this out, it'll be GONE! DONE! I don't dwell anymore like I use to because life is SO grand and wonder-filled that I just don't have time for it so, gonna put it out here and let it go!

(What I'm doing here is showing you how to live a stress-free life! So many would let something like this go on and on in their heads for DAYS! ... and be binging while doing it. lol)

Anyway, I put out my blog from yesterday on a few sites… Continue

How I Gained Weight

Posted on January 2, 2010 at 8:56pm 0 Comments

I awakened this morning contemplating weight gain. How fun is that? lol

There are a few ways and reasons I gained in the first place.

First was possibly menopause yet, I'm not sure of that one. I hadn't gained before I got married at 55 and I'd gone into it a few years before OR, maybe I just didn't notice which we'll get into in a bit ~ the noticing, I mean.

One thing I'm sure of is going out and eating. Once I realized how much I'd gained since getting married… Continue

Hi Revvell,

I am thrilled that you have joined the EMwomen community. This is a fantastic group of women with a passion to use their lives and their stories to make a difference in the world. Together, we are using the talents and resources God has given us to reach out to those in need.

I know it's long distance, but I hope you can attend our EMerge Conference, Expo, and Awards on September 26-27. Check out the details on our homepage and bring your friends. The woman who registers the most friends will receive great prizes and recognition!

Together, we are making a difference.
