About Me:: I graduated from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia with a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry and currently I am completing my Masters in Public Health Policy/Administration in the Fay W. Bozeman College of Public Health program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Concurrently, I am also the Administrator of the Arkansas Institute for Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery here in Hot Springs with a satellite clinic in Benton. I not only manage the business, clinical, and surgical operations, but I also have the dual role as Patient Coordinator. My background includes extensive training in everything Plastic/Cosmetic surgery at various Plastic Surgery meetings nation-wide, including those hosted by the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. I am also an active member of the Plastic Surgery Administrative Association.
A little about my personal life: I am from the very small town of Poyen, AR, populaton 300. I grew up in a very strong Christian family, and about a year ago I married my best friend Reggie Wallis. We were married during a very intimate ceremony on the beaches of Florida, and we were blessed with the most amazing photographer, Matt Terry at www.terrysphotography.biz He does phenomenal work!
I love Art, so in my spare time I am often painting or sewing or designing new linens for my home. I also enjoy shopping and dining with my fabulous girl friends, mom, or sister. I have a very good nose for fashion and I absolutely love interior decorating! Right now it is only a hobby for close friends and family, but one day I definitely wouldn't mind it becoming more!

To All:

I don't know who "Michael Masters" is or what he does, but he

does write cogently and well. A Google search turns up a Michael Masters

who is a lawyer in Philadelphia , but I don't believe that he is the

author of this open letter. There is a "Michael C. Masters" who lives

in McLean , VA – I presume, but do not know, for sure, that he is the

author. However, he didn't show up in any Google searches that I
