- My sister watched a program on TV and was very impressed with the recipes and motivation for a healthy lifestyle. She said I should check out the web site.
- About Me:
- I am happily married for 44 years in July. We have a son and a daughter and son-in-law who has one child our 11 year old grandson. We are blessed with a wonderful christian family. I am semi retired after nearly 40 years of working and enjoy being at home. I also enjoy going to church, reading, playing the piano and spending time with family.
