About Me:: I am married to a wonderful man and together we have 2 gorgeous girls aged 17 and 13. I am energetic and love being outdoors spending time with friends and family. I enjoy reading and am committed to my personal growth and development.

I am passionate about helping women and started Essentially for Women in 2007 to create a network that inpires, empowers and educates women around the country. Our online community is a free site for all women to enjoy and supports our Membership Programme designed to set women up to win in business and life. I use my own life experience together with skills as an NLP Practioner to assist women in creating the life of their dreams.
