When I came to EMwomen 7 months ago, I weighed 330 lbs and felt like my life had no purpose. Since then, I have lost over 101 lbs through the coaching here and I haven't even gone to a gym yet. I encourage you to become an EMbassador, tap into our National Conference Calls, and to really maximize your success, join or start an EMwomen Power Circle.
