- About Me:
- My name is Kristen Barancik. I am married to Pastor Andrew Barancik and we are very active members at Faith City Church in Fenton, MI. We have 3 children: Bianca (19), Jonathon (17) and Ethan (4). I have been a part of the praise and worship team for about 15 yrs and have been one of the worship leaders for about 5yrs. I absolutely love it, and count it an honor and privilege that God would trust me to help other people enter into his presence.
I love spending time with my family,shopping, and I really love make-up. Probably more than clothes shopping. When I go to Sephora I'm like a kid in a candy store. This may sound weird but I really enjoy grocery shopping.LOL I like to fish, and one of my desires is to go deep sea fishing and catch a big one. Anyway, those are just a few things I like to do.
I'm very much into fitness and eating right.I have had the pleasure of being a Personal trainer/Cardio Kickboxing Instructor at some of the local Gyms and taught a 12 week class called "Love your Life" for the ladies here at the church. It consisted of hitting the most important aspect 1st; which is your Spirit. We would come together and find out who God says we are in his word. We would meditate scriptures and do positive daily confessions over ourselves. We are to hide Gods word in our hearts. Because out of the abundance of our hearts our mouths will speak and our words(good or bad) will form our future. Then I taught the ladies about good nutrition , set up some eating plans for them, and ended each class with a combination of cardio and weights. My heart is to see women set free from the emotional bondage of a bad self image(spirit, soul and body). Because like or not when you have no love for yourself it reflects onto every aspect of your life. Mark 12:30-32 are the two greatest commandments. He says love your neighbor as you love yourself!!! WOW! How can we do that if we don't even like ourselves?? God did what he did so we could experience life in abundance, to the full,till it overflows, in EVERY area, including our bodies.

- Hi Kristen, Ia m doing ok . I am not looking forward to my husband going out for 5 months in Feb or March. He will be gone 5 months, come home 5 months then go back out for 7 months but hopefully after that he will retire.
it is a tough life, but has made me the person I am. I have gotten thorug it with friends, family and God.
