How I heard about EMwomen:
It's complicated.
About Me:
I was born in Baton Rouge, LA during the curfew that was imposed after Martin Luther King Jr. was shot. Fortunately, hospitals were considered emergency services, because "...only essential and emergency services will be exempt from the curfew restrictions" My parents were escorted to the hospital by several police cars, and I was born around 4 AM. That is how I learned to make an entrance!

I will add a little more later.
