Four Keys to Turning Any Problem Into An Opportunity

Well, what about the ones that prosper? What makes the difference? The difference…See More

A Flight Simulator for Your Life

Everyone knows the value of a flight simulator for minimizing the risk of learning. Can you imagine NASA sending up a spacecraft with astronauts without them practicing in the simulator first? Remember how upset Sigourney Weaver’s character was in the movie Avatar, when Jake Sulley arrived on Pandora to “drive” his avatar with no simulated practice?Well, what about flight simulators for the rest of us? Have you ever thought of how great it would be to put in hours of practice before going into…See More

ABOUT ME

The first and most important thing to know about me is that I’m committed to personal growth – my own and others. It is truly my passion, and has been for more than 30 years.

I’ve been told I have a gift for making things clear, for saying what people need to hear in a way that they can really “get” it.

My coaching toolset includes success strategies, communication skills, transformational work, energy healing modalities, NLP, NVC, the enneagram and much more. After almost 25 years of coaching, I allow my intuition to guide me, as I reach into the bag and pull out the tool you most need in the moment.

When I’m not coaching, I’m delving into my own personal growth, playing with my two school age children, hiking, biking, swimming, dancing, or just dropping into my heart with friends and loved ones. Learning to love, and to allow, and to surrender, what else is there?
